We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Admissions Advisor to connect with prospective students and guide them through the enrollment journey. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping students explore educational opportunities and take the next step toward their future. What You'll Do Connect with prospective students via phone, email, text and in-person interactions. Provide information about academic programs and admissions requirements Guide applicants through the enrollment process from inquiry to registration Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional student experience Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective students Support enrollment goals while adhering to institutional policies and standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred 1+ year of experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education admissions or enrollment services Proven ability to meet recruitment, enrollment, or sales goals Knowledge of financial aid and academic programs Required- Spanish/Bilingual Pay $20.00 -$25.00 depending on experience Why Join Us?
