5100 Position Summary East Aurora High School is seeking qualified candidates for various High School Clubs and Activities stipend positions. These opportunities provide staff members the chance to support student engagement, leadership development, enrichment opportunities, and extracurricular activities that contribute to a positive school culture. Essential Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise club or activity meetings and events. Promote student participation, leadership, and engagement. Ensure activities align with district policies and school expectations. Maintain appropriate supervision and safety of students. Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration. Manage activity-related records, schedules, and responsibilities as required. Support a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. Qualifications Valid educator license preferred, as applicable. Experience working with students in educational, extracurricular, or related settings. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to foster positive relationships and encourage student involvement. Ability to fulfill all district background check and employment requirements. Compensation This is a stipend position. Compensation will be provided according to the district's approved stipend schedule and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
