While the title says Head of Academics , this role is about commanding the entire student-athlete experience. Culture & Mentorship:
Serve as the face of the Academy. Hold athletes accountable to our core traits— work ethic, discipline, and acceptance —and build trust through daily touchpoints. Recruiting (The Lifeblood) Outstanding academies don't just happen; they are built. You will own the local market by cultivating relationships with families, coaches, and influencers to drive enrollment using the TPH Playbook.
Academic Leadership:
Drive our blended learning environment. Manage registration, track student pace, and ensure our athletes win in the classroom so they can win on the field.
Partnership Cultivation:
Work hand-in-hand with our Heads of Sport and Sports Performance Coaches to develop next-generation impact players.
Operational Excellence:
Execute the TPH Playbook. Handle budgeting, scheduling, and logistics to keep the campus running like a clock. Why TPH Academy? Education, Experience and Skills Required Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 2+ years of experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and academic experience. Ability to communicate effectively and teach/coach others. Computer skills including Google Suite and ability to learn other software programs utilized by TPH.
