PHS Online Class Coordinator

Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to coordinate online classes at Pratt High School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics, communication, and overall administration of the online learning program. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students, and a passion for enhancing educational opportunities through technology. Responsibilities Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of online classes and programs. Facilitate communication between students, parents, and faculty regarding online class schedules, requirements, and support resources. Monitor student engagement and performance in online courses, providing support and intervention as needed. Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of online programs and recommend improvements. Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and academic progress in online courses. Stay current with trends and best practices in online education and technology integration. Assist with the development of promotional materials and outreach efforts to encourage student participation in online classes. Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
