What you'll do:  Provide, post and update policies related to testing center use.  Coordinate the purchasing and implementation of assistive technology to support students with disabilities.  Schedule and oversee use of the testing room.  Maintain records of student usage and report data on usage, retention and success.  Communicate with faculty about temporary disability accommodations for students.  Oversee the distribution of accommodation letters to faculty in coordination with IT.  Provide academic coaching to students in coordination with the Director of the Academic Center for Excellence with a focus on athletes and students with temporary disabilities.  Engage in ongoing education to stay abreast of developments in the field of higher education disability services and learning support.
What you bring:
 Bachelor's degree.  At least two years of relevant work experience related to administrative skills and education, teaching, and/or coaching.  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred experience with Google suite.  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff across campus.
