Education Program Manager Job Summary The Education Program Manager is responsible for ensuring SOS's innovative and growing Education Program successfully engages and prepares students for healthcare careers. The Manager will advance the program's strategic goals by developing and stewarding collaborative partnerships with secondary and post-secondary health science education programs. The Manager will communicate SOS's student learning resources, educational programming, and engagement opportunities to teachers, administrators, and program leaders, increasing awareness and utilization across identified service areas, including Kentucky, Southern Indiana, Cincinnati, and Nashville. Key Responsibilities Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with current education partners. Identify and develop new partnerships with strategically selected secondary and post-secondary health science programs across the service area. Represent SOS at regional education conferences, professional development events, and other strategic gatherings. Develop and coordinate onsite and classroom-based educational programming in collaboration with the SOS Academic Advisor. Manage and promote the SOS Healthcare Professionals Speaker Bureau. Understand the medical supplies and learning tools needed by partner programs and fulfil teacher requests. Manage program data and maintain accurate records of partner engagement, student impact, resources distributed, and program activities. Conduct quarterly program assessments and monitor progress toward established goals. Prepare program reports, impact summaries, and other materials for funders and organizational leadership. Identify opportunities to strengthen programming, expand reach, and increase the impact of SOS resources on healthcare career education. Qualifications & Skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience building and maintaining collaborative relationships with community partners. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively. Understanding of education administration and healthcare career pathway programs at both secondary and post-secondary levels. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and represent SOS professionally in a variety of educational and community settings
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
