Maintains knowledge of CMS and other regulatory processes, assuring policies, procedures, and departmental compliance is maintained. Assists in departmental budget and ensures departments are run within budgeted dollars. Assists with hiring, training, and assigning departmental staff. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Adheres to medical center policies addressing infection control, safety, and personnel guidelines. Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of three years management experience is required. Knowledge of financial and third party processes.
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE A
high school diploma or equivalency is required. Three years experience in registration or patient accounting is required. Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Plans, organizes, and manages all inpatient and outpatient admissions functions, including registration and preregistration. Assists with staffing and assuring compliance within these areas.
