Job Description
Director of Registration and Academic Services Brookline, MA Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis (BGSP), a small, independent institution offering graduate, post graduate, and certificate programs centered on psychoanalytic thought and practice, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly collaborative leader to serve as its next Director of Registration and Academic Services (DRAS). This highly visible role is responsible for ensuring the smooth registration, academic progress, and successful completion of degree requirements for students across BGSP's three campus locations. Reporting to President Panetta the DRAS plays an essential role in supporting student success while maintaining the integrity and efficiency of registrar and academic services. The Director of Registration and Academic Services will quickly become the institution's expert on BGSP's academic programs, policies, and procedures and will ensure that policy frameworks remain current, accessible, and effectively communicated to campus stakeholders. The position, housed on the Brookline, MA campus, provides leadership for the registrars located on each of BGSP's campuses (Brookline, MA; New York, NY; and Livingston, NJ), fostering cohesion, consistency, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery. The range identified for this role is $75,000 to $85,000. In this important leadership position, the successful candidate will have an active on-campus presence with the possibility of a graduated approach to flexible hours or opportunity to work remotely one day a week.
