Job Description
The School Culture and Climate Committee works with the school staff to ensure a safe, respectful school community. Responsibilities of Committee Members may include: Attend regular one-hour monthly meeting Identify structures to build and support staff/student relationships Promote anti-bullying practices among staff Facilitate staff discussions regarding bullying prevention Serve as a liaison to other teachers, and communicate information from the Committee meetings Serve as a resource to colleagues to make sure staff feel supported in their bullying prevention efforts Problem solve school based challenges around student relationships and bullying
Membership:
School-based Educators (No stipend for Principals and Vice Principals, if members of the Committee)Stipend:
