Admissions Director:
Oversee and manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiry through resident move-in, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for prospective residents and their families. Conduct engaging and informative tours for prospective residents and families, clearly communicating our services, care options, and community environment. Assess the needs of potential residents to ensure appropriate placement and a strong fit within the community, prioritizing safety, well-being, and quality of care. Coordinate closely with healthcare providers, social workers, and family members to gather necessary documentation and ensure a smooth and timely admissions process. Maintain accurate, organized resident records in full compliance with state regulations, federal guidelines, and privacy laws. Lead admissions efforts with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and maintaining strong community partnerships to support census goals. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for new residents and a positive first experience within the community. Qualifications forAdmissions Director:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Admissions, Marketing, or a similar role within a healthcare setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage families with empathy and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage sensitive conversations, and guide families through decision-making processes. Ability to work flexible hours, as admissions and marketing responsibilities may require. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
