Pay Schedule Month Number of Hrs./Wk. 40 Position Information Position Information Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Student Affairs, higher education administration or closely related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum one year experience developing, implementing and coordinating educational or other related programs. Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends. Experience working with a diverse student population. Supervisory experience. Knowledge of personal computers and related software and its application to record keeping and orientation processes. Experience working in a university orientation office and in a team environment. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
