Job Description
About the Role The Head Start Pathways Program (HSPP) Navigator supports the implementation of the HSPP grant. This is a five-year, grant-funded program that supports students who want to work in an early childhood education setting. Students in the program pursue and associate's degree at White Earth Tribal and Community College (WETCC) and a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota - Crookston or another higher education institution with which we form a partnership. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships and establish trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong recruitment and outreach skills that help connect prospective students with educational opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new technology and software applications.
- The ability to identify barriers to student success and connect students with appropriate recourses. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality of student information and exercising sound professional judgment.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in education, human services, social work, business or related field
- Experience in recruitment and admissions
- Experience providing support, advising, mentoring, case management, or customer service
- Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills Bonus Qualifications

- Experience working in an early childhood education setting
