Schedule:
Full- Time | 80 hours/pay period | Monday to Friday 8:00 a.
Pay Range:

- their knowledge.
- Design & Deliver Training Programs
- Lead onboarding, annual training, regulatory education, and quality initiatives using evidence-based instructional methods tailored to adult learners.
- Promote Regulatory Compliance & Competency
- Support survey readiness through chart audits, skills fairs, mock evaluations, and direct observation. Track CEUs, education files, and role-specific competencies to ensure alignment with federal, state, and agency standards.
- Leverage Technology to Enhance Learning
- Utilize platforms like Relias, Post-Acute Academy, and Elsevier to manage education programs, expand content access, and track completions.
- Respond to Evolving Education Needs
- Identify performance gaps and implement personalized education plans for individuals or teams. Support continuous improvement through close collaboration with leadership and PI teams.
- Provide Support Across Continuum
- Offer hands-on instruction and virtual training across Vivie and Ethos locations. Provide case management support during staffing needs as required.
- Other Duties as Assigned

This job also requires:
- Current RN licensure in Minnesota and North Dakota
- Minimum of 1 year of Hospice case management experience
- Experience in staff education, adult learning, and curriculum development preferred
- Strong understanding of Hospice care standards, regulatory compliance, and clinical best practices
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle
- Ability to travel regularly to Vivie and Ethos locations
- Must complete and pass a state-required background study
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (read, write, speak)
- Must be able to physically perform the duties required by the position. Additional Details
