Partner with Academy leadership when performance concerns require additional intervention or accountability. Maintain appropriate documentation of coaching activities, observations, developmental priorities and follow-up. Escalate significant educational, supervision, safety or performance concerns promptly to Academy leadership. The Coordinator is expected to function primarily as a coach, mentor and instructional resource . Formal employee discipline and employment decisions remain the responsibility of Academy management unless specifically delegated. 3. Teacher Onboarding & Professional Development Strengthen the practical classroom component of new-teacher onboarding. Help new employees understand Kiddie Academy educational standards, classroom expectations and professional practices.
