This role is designed for an individual who is ready to develop the leadership, operational, and business skills needed to eventually become a Center Director. As a Center Director in Training, you will work closely with the Center Director and leadership team to learn all aspects of center operations. You will gain hands-on experience in staff development, student success, family engagement, sales, financial performance, and day-to-day operations while gradually taking on increased responsibility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role and eventually have the opportunity to lead an educational center of their own. Duties Partner with the Center Director to learn and support the daily operations of the center. Develop leadership and management skills by working alongside staff and participating in coaching, feedback, and team development. Learn how to create and maintain a collaborative, motivated team focused on educational excellence. Participate in strategic planning and learn how decisions are made around program growth, community outreach, and operational efficiency. Develop an understanding of budgeting, financial performance, and responsible resource allocation. Support daily center operations, including staff scheduling, classroom activities, student experience, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Learn how to monitor student progress and support strategies that improve learning outcomes. Participate in sales conversations with prospective families and develop the ability to confidently convert inquiries into enrollments. Build strong relationships with current and prospective families through consistent communication and follow-up. Support monthly revenue growth by developing strong sales, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you demonstrate readiness and progress toward becoming a Center Director. Learn the business side of running a successful educational center, including staffing, enrollment, customer experience, and financial performance. Skills & Qualifications Passionate about education and helping students succeed. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with students, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A confident communicator who can build trust quickly with families. Understands how to sell while genuinely caring about the product and service being offered. Demonstrates managerial presence, someone who is understanding and supportive while also being accountable and willing to have difficult conversations. Growth oriented and motivated by working in an impact driven business. Eager to learn, receive feedback, and continuously develop as a leader. Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a willingness to take on increasing responsibility. Previous leadership, management, sales, education, or customer facing experience is a plus.
