Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using POS systems Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards and safety guidelines Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with basic math proficiency Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitation of workstations Manage food handling responsibilities following proper food safety and sanitation protocols Assist with food prep tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods Ensure quick service by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks efficiently Experience Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory Familiarity with POS systems Experience with cashiering, food handling, and sanitation practices is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Previous roles involving serving, bussing, or quick service restaurant work are highly relevant Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent time management and multitasking abilities This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the food industry or retail sectors to gain hands-on experience while delivering memorable guest experiences.
