Job Description
Rider University invites applications for an Assistant Director of Financial Aid Systems and Operations . Reporting to the Associate Director of Financial Aid Systems and Operations , the Assistant Director o versees daily financial aid processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution of packaging, verification, adjustments, professional judgments, loan processing, and reconciliation. The role supports operational continuity and maintains efficient and compliant financial aid workflows. Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge of process modeling, workflow analysis, and emerging technologies in student services. Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required. Master's degree Familiarity with Banner, Slate, EAB Navigate, or similar SIS/CRM platforms strongly preferred. 1-2 years of related experience in financial aid and/or student accounts receivable, or a closely related operational area
