Job Description

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supporting all aspects of the mission of RCBC as well as the Enrollment Management Division to which the Outreach and Admissions Department reports. This position specifically works with our CTE programs helping to develop pathways to jobs and careers. The position supports marketing, recruitment efforts, and navigation of admissions and financial aid processes to support enrollment, as well as student success.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide prospective students with information and assistance regarding college procedures, academic programs, non-credit programs, and admissions processes. Respond to prospective student inquiries, set appointments and conduct campus tours. Assist with Information Sessions at various locations in and around the Burlington County area Assist with recruitment events on and off campus. Work closely with the high school CTE department and Career Development Coordinator to develop opportunities for students to engage in career awareness and exploration Communicate regularly with AAS faculty to understand AAS programs of study, industry specific credentials offered, and career opportunities in the field. Assume a share of the responsibility for answering telephones, mail, email, faxes and other communications as assigned Provides problem-solving and customer service assistance in a pleasant and knowledgeable manner as a member of a cross-functional team Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required:
Associate's degree required or equivalent work experience
Experience Required:
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work with a diverse population. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. Skilled use of computers using word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications. General knowledge of higher education.
INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
Collaborates with department members and/or the Compliance, Assessment and Research team to support planning, assessment, data collection and reporting for continuous improvement of the college.
