The Associate Dean for Academic Affairs must hold a doctoral degree in a health profession, and has demonstrated leadership in education, expertise in successful entrepreneurial initiatives and partnership development. Experience in conflict management/resolution with exceptional interpersonal skills are critical.Skills and Competencies:
Experience in curriculum development, teaching, and assessment in an academic healthcare environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and promote collaborative efforts. Datainformed decision maker who uses assessment, outcomes data, and stakeholder feedback to guide program development, student success initiatives, and resource allocation. Capacity for strategic thinking, program evaluation, and innovative problem-solving.
