$49,763.00 - $69,668.00 The Admissions Coordinator is a full-time, year round position that coordinates the admissions, recruitment, application, and enrollment processes for a Master's degree Physician Assistant program. The person in this role will manage the admissions process and provide administrative support for a longstanding graduate education program. Job Description Communication with potential applicants about the program requirements, admissions process, Admissions Committee decisions, and enrollment requirements Maintain the program's presence on the Centralized Application Service for PA Programs (CASPA) and WebAdmit Prescreen applicants for eligibility and quality using defined processes and requirements Assign and track applications as they are reviewed Manage interview scheduling for applicants and interviewers Maintain notes from the Admissions Committee Coordinate orientation for incoming students Assess the admissions process annually for growth, effectiveness, and accreditation compliance. Provide departmental administrative support Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree required This position requires an individual with extremely strong communication skills, self-motivation, and organization. They will report directly to the program director.
