Overview Join our vibrant educational community as an After-School Program Director, where your leadership will inspire young learners and foster a safe, engaging environment for children after school hours. In this dynamic role, you will oversee program operations and coordinate educational activities. Duties Lead the development, and implementation of our after-school program aligned with educational standards and community needs Supervise staff, and activity coordinators, and support personnel, ensuring high-quality program delivery Coordinate daily schedules, activities, and special events to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes Oversee enrollment processes, communicate with parents and guardians, and address any concerns promptly Maintain compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies Manage program budgets, procurement of supplies, and administrative documentation using educational administrative software Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback collection and data analysis to continuously improve offerings Skills Proven experience in school or early childhood education Excellent staff supervision and personnel management skills within educational settings Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software tools Strong written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students Knowledge of childcare practices and early childhood education standards Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Experience in higher education teaching or university-level program coordination is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms after-school hours into an inspiring space for growth!
Pay:
$25.31 - $45.48 per hour
