  • The Executive Director, Global Education is responsible for setting and driving the global education vision, strategy, and execution across all markets.

This role leads the development of innovative, brand-building, and sales-driving education, artistry, and talent development programs that elevate consumer experience, strengthen brand equity, and support business growth worldwide. The Executive Director serves as a strategic thought leader and key partner to senior leadership, ensuring global education initiatives align with company objectives, support retail excellence, and deliver measurable business impact. This role requires an inspirational and influential leader with deep expertise in education strategy, organizational development, change management, and global team leadership.

  • Long Description
  • Education Strategy & Development
  • + Establish and execute the long-term global education strategy in alignment with brand and business objectives.

+ Lead, inspire, and develop the Global Education organization, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

+ Oversee the development of all global education programs, training curricula, and learning tools across channels and markets.

+ Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Creative, Sales, and Global Markets to ensure education initiatives support brand priorities and product launches.

+ Drive best-in-class train-the-trainer programs, leadership development initiatives, and scalable learning experiences.

+ Collaborate with regional education leaders and Heads of Education to identify business needs and ensure programs reflect market-specific opportunities and challenges.

+ Champion new learning technologies, digital education platforms, and innovative training methodologies to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

  • Brand Leadership & Consumer Experience
  • + Ensure consistent global execution of brand, product, and artistry messaging through all education programs and learning experiences.

+ Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating deep expertise in brand heritage, product innovation, artistry, and consumer trends.

+ Develop education strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and retail performance.

+ Influence the evolution of education content to reflect emerging industry trends, consumer behaviors, and market needs.

  • Talent Development & Organizational Capability
  • + Lead the global talent development strategy for educators, trainers, field leaders, and artistry teams.

+ Develop succession planning, leadership development, and capability-building programs that strengthen organizational performance.

+ Establish education standards, competencies, and certification frameworks that drive excellence across markets.

+ Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Financial & Operational Leadership
  • + Own the global education budget and investment strategy, ensuring resources are aligned with strategic business priorities.

+ Evaluate program effectiveness and allocate resources to optimize business impact and return on investment.

+ Establish operational excellence through scalable processes, governance, and performance measurement.

+ Drive efficiencies across education operations while maintaining best-in-class learner experiences.

  • Executive Relationship Management
  • + Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, retail partners, global market teams, and external stakeholders.

+ Act as the executive education representative for key strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.

+ Influence cross-functional decision-making through education insights, performance data, and industry expertise.

+ Serve as the primary authority for education strategy, brand education, artistry, and talent development globally.

  • Qualifications
  • Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.

+ 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in global education, learning and development, retail training, beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industries.

+ Proven experience leading global teams and developing enterprise-wide education strategies.

+ Demonstrated success driving organizational transformation, talent development, and large-scale learning initiatives.

+ Strong expertise in adult learning methodologies, curriculum development, digital learning platforms, and content strategy.

+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Experience managing significant budgets and measuring program effectiveness through business-driven metrics.

+ Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
