Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in program or project management. 3 years of experience in content program management, instructional design, certification design, or curriculum development, with a focus on training or educational content. Experience with AI tooling to deliver education experiences.

Preferred qualifications:

Program management certification or experience in program management with a technology company. 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in stakeholder management. Demonstrated experience developing student-facing training content, interactive curriculum, or video-based learning. Proven ability to conduct research, analyze data, and use insights to inform content strategy and development. Responsibilities Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of new content and education product training programs geared toward K-12 and higher education student audiences. Create and refine train-the-trainer materials and curricula to empower teachers with student-facing training resources. Conduct research into the learning preferences, technological access, and topical interests of students to inform content format, gamification, platform selection, and subject matter. Collaborate with reliable curriculum partners and cross-functional stakeholders to produce high-quality to student academic success and future workforce readiness, determining the most effective ways to scale training around them.
