Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, organized Program Supervisor to lead, manage and enhance our program. The Program Supervisor is responsible for supervising volunteer tutors, implementing academic support and ensuring quality learning experience for all students. The Program Supervisor works closely with students, volunteers, schools and parents to ensure a continuous, effective program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years working with children (education/tutoring preferred) Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with students, families, and tutors Experience in developing and managing educational programs Passion for community engagement and helping children succeed academically Why join us?
