Job Description

The University of Cincinnati seeks a Program Manager for the College of Medicine Simulation Center. This role oversees daily operations, scheduling, and resource management for high-impact simulation-based education. The Program Manager collaborates with faculty to integrate simulation into medical curricula, ensures effective use of simulation technologies, and drives quality, assessment, and continuous improvement. The position manages budgets, staff, and stakeholder relationships, while supporting research, innovation, and community partnerships that advance experiential learning and clinical training at UC. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the College of Medicine Simulation Center Coordinate scheduling, resources, and technology for simulation activities Collaborate with faculty to integrate simulation into curricula Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality standards Manage budgets, reporting, and resource allocation for the center Lead program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives Cultivate partnerships with clinical, community, and industry partners Supervise and develop staff supporting simulation activities Support grants, proposals, and innovation in simulation-based education Required Skills Program management Academic or clinical education administration Healthcare or medical simulation operations Budgeting and resource management Faculty and stakeholder collaboration Project and process management Data tracking and program evaluation Policy and procedure development Staff supervision and team leadership Written and verbal communication
