Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support UC Health's Student Health Pharmacy located on the University of Cincinnati Main Campus. This individual will work alongside a pharmacist in a lower-volume outpatient pharmacy environment serving the student population. The technician will be responsible for prescription fulfillment, customer service, inventory management, and day-to-day pharmacy operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy technician seeking a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays and the opportunity to convert to a full-time UC Health employee.

Enter and fill prescriptionsWork directly with students and pharmacy customersAnswer questions and assist patients at the pharmacy counterHandle insurance-related inquiries as neededRestock medications and maintain inventoryReceive and organize pharmacy ordersWork alongside one pharmacist to support daily pharmacy operationsMaintain excellent customer service and patient interactionsDaily prescription volume typically ranges from 50-60 prescriptions and can reach up to 100 prescriptions during busier periods.

Position does not administer vaccines.

Parking is provided.

Contract-to-hire conversion available after 6 months with no conversion fee.

Looking for someone with strong people skills who can thrive in a customer-facing environment while working independently.
