Conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews, document expectations and feedback, recognize success, address performance concernspromptly through appropriate coaching or corrective action, and follow through until standards are met. 4. Direct dailyrecruitment operations. Oversee territory management, recruitment travel, college fairs, campus visits and events, application reviewworkflow, and Slate communications. Establish service standards, calendars, procedures, and escalation practices that support timely,personal, and accurate engagement. 5. Use enrollment data to direct action. Monitor inquiry, application, admission, deposit,and enrollment results; conversion and yield; counselor and territory performance; campaign effectiveness; and market and demographictrends. Prepare forecasts and reports, identify emerging problems, and adjust strategy, staffing, and resources as needed. 6. Represent the University and model effective recruitment. Serve as a visible and credible ambassador with prospective students andfamilies, school counselors, schools, parishes and ministry partners, alumni, and other community partners. Model the responsive, personal,and mission focused engagement expected of the admissions team and resolve sensitive or complex situations. 7. Shape recruitmentmarketing and lead generation. Partner with Marketing on audience segmentation, campaign strategy, digital and print content, email andtext communications, paid search, lead scoring, and other recruitment tools. Ensure that messages and timing support the enrollment funneland faithfully represent Franciscan's mission and student experience. 8. Manage the admissions budget and resources. Developand administer the operating budget; allocate staff, travel, event, technology, and vendor resources; monitor expenditures and recruitmentreturn on investment; and demonstrate prudent stewardship of University resources. 9. Coordinate enrollment efforts across theUniversity. Partner with Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, the Registrar, Athletics, Campus Ministry, Student Life, Student Success, andother offices to remove barriers, strengthen yield, and support a smooth transition to enrollment. Ensure that admissions practices followUniversity policy, applicable requirements, student privacy expectations, and professional ethical guidance. This is not intended tobe an all-inclusive list. The successful candidate will provide decisive, visible leadership for the undergraduate admissions team and is accountable fordelivering the University's annual goals for new student enrollment, student profile, and net tuition revenue. The Director builds adisciplined and supportive culture by setting clear expectations, coaching counselors, reviewing results, and addressing performanceconcerns promptly. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Director leads recruitment strategy and daily operationswhile ensuring that prospective students and families encounter Franciscan's Catholic mission and Franciscan character with authenticity,warmth, and responsive service.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Deliver enrollment goals through disciplinedrecruitment strategy. Develop and execute comprehensive plans that support annual and longer term goals for new student headcount,student profile, and net tuition revenue.
