$80K to $100K range; based onh experience
Qualifications:
Must have 2-3 years of experience as an Admissions Director in long term care Must have external marketing experience to build census Must have long-term care experience Must have a strong admissions background and knowledge of admissions processes Connections with local hospitals strongly preferred Proven management and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal skills
Responsibilities :
Responsible for maintaining all the documentation involved with the intake process Manage inquiry process Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships. Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed. Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families Create, manage and monitor new business development plans Maintain updated bed ability and facility services information #6132
