Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Alumni and Family Engagement, the Assistant Director of Alumni and Family Engagement is responsible for creating meaningful opportunities that connect alumni, students, parents, faculty, and friends with Misericordia. The position leads engagement initiatives that strengthen lifelong relationships, expand volunteer leadership, build affinity communities, support philanthropy, and create measurable engagement outcomes.Education:
Bachelors degree required.Experience:
Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in alumni relations, higher education, volunteer management, nonprofit engagement, event management, or related field.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
