RCAC is located in Oakmont, Pennsylvania and has been serving that community and Verona for over 60 years. This role will support a variety of services, programs, and functions.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Staffing the reception desk; greeting visitors/members to The Center.
• Assisting with hospitality and meal service for older adults at The Center
• Assisting with registrations for various activities, including collection of registration fees, send reminders to registrants.
• Maintain the Center database and reconciling database records with registrations
• Assisting with other duties as needed. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
• High School diploma, associate's degree preferred;
• The ability to multi-task;
• Expertise in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of database technology used to support Center services;
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Previous experience with older adults is desirable.
