Office Manager Duties:
Handle administrative tasks across HR and Accounting, including vendor invoice processing, payment preparation, and compliance tracking (PFL, Military Leave, WC, FMLA). Manage employee-related requirements such as license renewals, drug/alcohol screens, and performance tracking. Support onboarding processes by coordinating background checks, preparing new hire documentation, and ensuring compliance files are complete. Assist with annual enrollment, compensation reviews, holiday functions, and corporate mailings. Provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth processes, and timely completion of deliverables.
Requirements:
BACHELORS DEGREE IS A
Plus MUST have prior experience using ADP Prior administrative, office management, and payroll support experience
IS REQUIRED.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Advanced computer and Excel skills; ability to navigate and learn systems quickly.

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
