This role begins at 2 days per week , with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Responsibilities Respond to prospective students by phone and text Follow up with leads and guide students through the admissions and enrollment process Conduct campus tours and admissions appointments Explain programs, schedules, tuition, start dates, and general financial aid steps Coordinate with Financial Aid and school staff Maintain accurate lead, enrollment, and student records Follow up with enrolled and newly started students Serve as a resource for current students with questions or concerns Help identify attendance, communication, or other barriers to student success Connect students with the appropriate staff or resources when needed Support both enrollment and student retention efforts Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable with consistent follow-up Able to manage multiple students at different stages Comfortable using technology and learning CRM/student systems Professional, approachable, and solution-oriented Admissions, student services, customer service experience is preferred Why Join Us You'll have the opportunity to help students from their first interaction with the school through their experience as an enrolled student, while being part of a team focused on improving both admissions and student support.
