Staff_15023 Department COPH Office of Educational Services 50007100 Business Unit College of Public Health Reg-Temp Full-Time Regular Work Schedule Monday - Friday; Hours may vary Remote/Telecommuting Hybrid (part-time working on site, part-time working off-site) Position Summary Under direction of the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, the Student Affairs Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation systems and student records of the College of Public Health Student Affairs office, student matriculation and completion in strategic enrollment management, providing oversight and technical expertise to student data management, project management and managing student communications through multiple modalities, managing student life & student compliance and efficiency of COPH student affairs, and policies and procedures. Required Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have excellent organizational skills, communication skills, computer skills, student information and personnel systems, and database development and management, and Internet competency. The position requires the ability to work independently, make sound decisions, resolve issues and conflicts, and work effectively with diverse groups of people. The position requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to multi-task and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and in challenging situations.
Preferred Education:

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in student services, student affairs, education law, or higher education communication in an academic health center or graduate degree offering institution.
