Please review the internship and field placement guidelines below before submitting your application. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Office of Human Resources. A complete Student Internship/Observation Placement Application Packet includes:
Student Internship/Observation Placement Application (Directions provided to college/university placement coordinators)
Three (3) professional references
Student's Resume
Request for Placement Information Form
Certificate of Health Form (TB Skin Testcollege/university copy is accepted)
Proof of Current Fingerprints and/or criminal record check or verification may be obtained from the South Carolina Department of Education.
All documents should be submitted through the district online application system AppliTrack. Once the Office of Human Resources has received all completed documents, pertinent information will be forwarded to the building administrator(s). When placement has been approved, the Office of Human Resources will send written confirmation to the University/College Field Placement Coordinator. Placements must be approved through the Office of Human Resources prior to an assignment commencing.
