Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize equipment performance. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Supervise production staff, providing training on safety procedures, mechanical operations, and best practices. Maintain detailed records of production activities, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance for audit purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing environments with strong mechanical knowledge of production machinery. Familiarity with safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and heavy lifting techniques. Knowledge of GMP standards applicable to regulated manufacturing industries. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills to address mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.
