Position:

Admissions Director The Admissions Director plays a vital role in welcoming new families and serving as the first point of contact for prospective families. This position is responsible for managing enrollment, tours, family communication, and maintaining strong relationships in the community. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, customer-service driven, and passionate about early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families via phone, email, and in-person Schedule and conduct school tours, creating a warm and welcoming experience for families Manage enrollment processes, including applications, waitlists, and student files Maintain accurate student records in compliance with Texas licensing and school policies Communicate clearly with families regarding enrollment status, program information, and school expectations Support marketing and community outreach efforts, including events and partnerships Assist with onboarding new families and ensuring a smooth transition into the school community Collaborate with leadership and teaching staff to meet enrollment goals Provide administrative support as needed Primrose School at Walsh is a private preschool that provides a premier educational childcare experience.
