Responsible for tracking and reporting on all aspects of the TRS program and supporting the board's quality initiatives. Provides coaching, leadership, direction, and professional development of Early Care and Education Specialists and Quality Initiatives Coordinator. CDEE is innovative and resourceful in developing people and processes that result in the delivery of quality early care and education. CCEE is organized and prepared, communicates in a professional and courteous manner and collaborates with team members and management.
