Irving, TX (on-site) About the Opportunity We're hiring a Center Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a brand-new after-school learning center located in Irving. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives managing people, processes, and relationships all at once, and who wants real growth potential with a company in its early US expansion.

This is a ground-floor opportunity:

the company is well-established internationally and is now building out its first wave of US locations, with plans to grow to 100+ centers over the next five years. Center Directors who perform well have a clear path to regional leadership within 1-2 years. What You'll Do Sales & Enrollment Conduct consultations with parents and students to explain our programs Drive enrollment by hitting monthly/quarterly targets Build lasting relationships with families to support retention and referrals Center Operations Oversee the daily functioning of the center, ensuring classes run smoothly and on schedule Manage staff schedules, student attendance, and parent communication Ensure a high-quality student experience and resolve parent concerns promptly Team Leadership Support teacher training and ensure adherence to our teaching methodology Motivate and guide your team to meet performance and quality standards Materials & Reporting Maintain inventory of learning materials and coordinate replenishment with central teams Track enrollment, attendance, and performance metrics Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports with your Regional Director Help plan and execute center events, workshops, and marketing activities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sales, operations, or education management (preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems on the fly A genuine passion for education and making an impact on students' learning journeys Why Apply Competitive base salary plus a bonus structure tied to both operations and enrollment growth Full benefits package Real, fast-tracked growth potential as the company scales from 4 to 100+ US locations Join a mission-driven company focused on transforming how kids experience math and learning Collaborative, dynamic, high-growth work culture Interested candidates should apply with an updated resume.
