As an Access Associate Senior at UVA Health, you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive seamless, compassionate entry into care across a complex and high-performing academic medical system. ​The starting base rate for this role is $19.50/hr. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's previous work experience, education, and/or experience. We also offer a $3,500 sign on bonus which requires a 2-year commitment to UVA Health for eligible candidates. The Role In this high-impact position, you will serve as a trusted access expert across multiple clinical settings, supporting patient intake, registration, scheduling, and financial clearance functions. Your ability to adapt quickly, maintain accuracy, and provide outstanding service will directly influence both patient experience and operational efficiency. High School Graduate or Equivalent required.

Experience:

2+ years of directly relevant experience required.

The pay range for this role is $19.50 - $33.94 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
