Working knowledge of 3D printers. Working knowledge of laboratory schools. Working knowledge of design thinking processes and experience applying them in educational, research, or workforce contexts. Considerable experience working in or with K-12 education settings, higher education, or community-based learning environments. Some experience designing or supporting experiential learning models, including case-based, problem-based, or project-based learning. Some background in aerospace and aviation education. Some experience collaborating with educators, faculty, or program leaders to support instructional innovation. Some experience supporting student recruitment, outreach, or pathway development. Some experience as a
K-12 STEM
teacher. Some experience in coordinating engineering and science labs with aligned equipment needs. Some experience providing professional learning experiences. Educational Administration Endorsement preferred.
