Position overview Salary range: This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement (Unit 18). The annual salary rate for this position is $80664 .00, and is commensurate with percentage of appointment.

Position description The Middle East/South Asia Studies Languages Program (ME/SA) seeks an instructor for a lecturer position in Iranian studies, pending administrative approval and funding, for the academic year 2026-2027. Positions are available for the following quarters: Winter Quarter 2027 January 4- March 19 Spring Quarter 2027 March 25
- June 10 Demonstrated experience in teaching and a doctoral degree in Iranian studies is required.
