Academic Guide (Grades 5-8) - Part-Time Microschool Tapestry Academy | Boca Raton, FL Tapestry Academy is a small, relationship-centered learning community serving students in Grades 2-12 . We partner with families seeking a personalized alternative to traditional schooling. We are looking for a part-time Academic Guide for Grades 5-8 who enjoys mentoring students and helping them grow academically and personally. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves working closely with students in a small, supportive learning environment . What You'll Do Guide students through personalized learning plans in core subjects Support small groups of students using digital curriculum and hands-on resources Help students develop organization, study skills, and independence Build strong relationships with students and encourage confidence and growth Communicate with families and collaborate with the Tapestry team Qualifications Experience working with students (teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or homeschooling) Strong communication and organization skills Ability to support students working at different academic levels Schedule & Pay 20-25 hours per week Primarily Monday-Thursday, Friday option available In-person in Boca Raton $20-$25/hour depending on experience Opportunity to continue into the next school year To Apply Please send: Resume Brief introduction sharing your experience working with students and why this role interests you.
