Responsibilities Design, develop, and update engaging economics curricula aligned with higher education standards and learning outcomes Deliver online instruction via learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, integrating educational technology tools to enhance student engagement Facilitate interactive classroom sessions that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and active participation Conduct academic research and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals to contribute to the field of economics Collaborate with faculty colleagues on curriculum development, departmental initiatives, and interdisciplinary projects Support students' academic progress by providing mentorship, feedback on assignments, and guidance on research projects Incorporate innovative learning technology and online training platforms to create accessible and effective educational experiences Requirements Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field; a Master's or Ph.D. is preferred for higher-level instruction Proven experience teaching economics at the university level or in adult education settings Demonstrated expertise in online instruction using LMS platforms such as Blackboard or similar systems Strong research background with publications in peer-reviewed journals preferred Familiarity with educational technology integration, curriculum development, and learning management systems (LMS) Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds Prior experience working with students in higher education environments or college faculty roles is highly desirable Knowledge of social sciences research tools such as SPSS or GIS is a plus; bilingual abilities are advantageous Join us to inspire learners through innovative teaching, cutting-edge research, and a commitment to academic excellence.
