Job Description

INNOVIM is seeking a Jr. Media Librarian who supports North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II).

Day Shift The candidate will: Validate the accuracy and tracking delivery of Media Kits across a geographically separated mission. Process high volumes of media kits for classified shipments to various site locations. Administer and support scheduling, reviewing, and communicating the state of deliveries with senior leadership and customers. Support classified courier of documents and/or shipments on and off base. Log, track, and maintain multiple data bases Assist in coordinating classified shipment pickups to NSA for destruction
Basic Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance is required Detail oriented individual that can follow established instructions Keen attention for detail Ability to communicate and document deficiencies within the delivery process Ability to read and interpret standards, communicating needs across the program Ability to track and maintain a catalog of all previous and upcoming deliveries Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage document baselines for staff delivering artifact changes IDS is committed to providing superior work in the fields of science, engineering, data analytics and technology to government agencies.
