Two years of professional experience as a librarian are required. Recruitment Notes The Librarian 3 performs advanced professional library work, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for an assigned branch facility. This role is responsible for daily operations, administrative duties, and implementing systemic collection development policies. A core focus of the position is team leadership, which includes supervising, training, and developing a diverse staff of professional, para-professional, technical, and clerical personnel to foster a collaborative culture. Additionally, the Librarian 3 drives community engagement through impactful local outreach. This position reports directly to the Library Operations Manager, who evaluates performance based on the successful achievement of strategic organizational objectives.
