Position Summary:
Provide user support and data management for a mature digital asset management (DAM) system which serves as the central repository for all marketing materials. User base is estimated at 69,175 worldwide with approximately 20,000 files per year. The team troubleshoots issues for users worldwide regarding workflows, file retrieval, and downloads. Other content repository management will also be in scope as needed (i.e. reference library, strategic asset management library).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management, digital asset management, and a keen understanding of brand consistency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with agencies on file receipt
Reconcile reports to ensure all files are uploaded into AEM system
Provide user support in multiple countries; overcome language obstacles
Provide new-user access and site usability training as needed
Standardize metadata and taxonomy for asset entry
Perform file retrieval for user inquiries
Assisting with change management and adoption encouragement
Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with brand marketing teams, creative agencies, and other stakeholders to gather content requirements and feedback.
Support cross-functional teams, including Omnichannel, brand, legal, medical, and regulatory (MLR) teams, to ensure content meets all compliance standards.
Facilitate the review and approval process for new and updated content
Assist developing training materials
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for content-related issues.
Identify opportunities for improving content management processes and systems.
Qualification & Experience:
Proven experience in content management, digital asset management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of brand guidelines, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools.
Experience with managing asset library and associated metadata
Detail-oriented with a strong technical aptitude
Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is highly preferred.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve productivity and streamline workflows
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
BA/BS degree required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Library Science, Information Systems or a related field preferred.
