The City of Rosebud is accepting applications for the position of Librarian at the D. Brown Library in Rosebud, Texas.

Qualifications:

Please apply if you meet the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience using a computer with Microsoft office package in a work setting. Ability to write library grants. Ability to create budget and track expenditures. Ability to manage a cash drawer Communicate effectively and courteously with diverse patronage and age groups. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain records and submit reports as required. Education, library, or office work experience. Ability to plan and execute community service programs for children and adults. Be dependable, trustworthy and professional. Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Librarian work schedule:

Monday & Wednesday 8 am to 1 pm Tuesdays & Thursday 12:00 pm to 5 pm Library hours of operation: Monday & Wednesday 9 am to 1 pm Tuesday & Thursday 1 pm to 5 pm

Pay:
