Job Description
Irregular hours filling in for staff when needed. Requires person available to fill in Monday through Friday. Would like every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. required. Technology literate to help patrons with digital device issues. Multi-tasker with excellent customer service, good oral and written communication with cash transactions experience. Good physical health able to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift and carry things. Responsibilities Teach patrons how to print from their devices, assist with technology issues of emails, etc., make copies for patrons, etc. Multi-task by being responsible for helping with services via written and oral communication and being in good physical health to lift, bend and move stuff.
