• answering basic directional questions
• directing patrons to the on-line catalog
• referring reference questions to a full-time staff member
• searching for missing items & pulling interlibrary loan materials
• checking items in and out
• shelving materials
• answering and transferring telephone calls
• shelf-reading, shelf straightening, and special projects GPA Requirement Minimum of 2.
