The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and is passionate about supporting students in reaching their God-given potential academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. The successful candidate will teach all core subject areas in a self-contained classroom while fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. They will work closely with faculty, staff, administration, and parents to support the growth and success of every child entrusted to their care. The candidate must also be committed to supporting Nativity School's continued implementation of Success for All Foundation's Reading program through ongoing professional development and instructional coaching. In addition, the teacher will play an important role in launching Illustrative Mathematics, our new standards-aligned mathematics curriculum, and must be eager to participate in professional learning and collaborate with colleagues to ensure its successful implementation.
